- Financial services client: led the build of a CI/CD Terraform plan review system using Anthropic Claude with Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents
- Internal product build: project lead for an automated document-processing LLM multimodal RAG chatbot system - for use with external clients

Over this two-year period, I was employed as an RA. I ran three research studies involving >200 participants. I recruited participants, collected data, carried out data analysis, management, transformation, and visualisation (using SPSS Statistics, the 'R' statistical programming language), managed large datasets, contributed to academic papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals, trained interns, MSc students, research assistants and PhD rotation students.
